Send the scan copy of admission form, copy of the birth certificate, copy of parent ID card, address proof and payment receipt to creche-facility [at] iiti.ac.in with the subject: ADMISSION TO CRECHE_CHILD NAME
You will receive a confirmation/acknowledgment email once your application will be accepted.
Attested copy of birth certificate needs to be submitted at the time of admission.
